Let me first say, this has to be my ultimate favorite Gluten Free brand/Company.
They do an AMAZING job when it comes to making safe gluten free products
that literally taste like they contain gluten.
I couldn't wait to try these delicious looking English muffins out.
When I took one out of the bag, I took a good long look
at it's texture, appearance and size.
I was surprised to say that these look & appear to be pretty close to the real deal
or at least the gluten version. The feel and texture of these muffins were about the same just maybe a little more thick and less light in appearance & weight.
One thing I did noticed was that their english muffins also have that same gritty mealy texture to the bottom of the muffins, us english muffin lovers adore.

I toasted mine in the toaster on setting #3 *All toasters have different settings, you may have to play with your toaster for a little while before you find out which setting works best*.
After it came out, I noticed it wasn't exactly how the photo on the box showed and it didn't seem as toasted as I wanted it to be, so I put it in again.
The trick for me and for my toaster was toasting these muffins twice.
After it came out, the crispiness was just right.
The outside has the perfect crunch that I love and the inside was almost doughy and moist just like regular english muffins.
The combination is delightful and super delicious!
I put some butter on top of mine and had it with some scrambled eggs and hash browns.
It was absolutely amazing and I cannot brag enough about them.
This is a product I would love to have on hand 24/7.
